Hey! It's Cockroaches

This picture is for Papa since the cockroaches are what I remember about visiting him at work. Speaking of work, Brian went back there today since he has been out for awhile. Olivia is not allowed in the ICU so we're waiting for her to get transferred to another floor before we can all visit. Fortunately a lady we met at the Ronald Mcdonald house watched her this morning so I could see Alaina. She is doing really well and has even started taking bottles today. Since we couldn't go there Olivia and I went to the Durham Museum of Life and Science today http://www.ncmls.org/. She had a good time and it was nice to do something just the two of us.
In this picture she is digging for fossils. The museum actually scooped up some earth from a local digsite that used to be underwater and there were real fossils for the kids to dig up.

I remember Grandpa's hissing cockroaches! He brought them to your preschool for a presentation I believe also. I'm glad Alaina is recovering from surgery and I'll see you soon. Those are adorable pre-surgery pictures.
Love,
Mom
